This 10,177 sf tenant improvement occurred on three floors of a historic building in the heart of Portland’s downtown urban core. The project included a new three-stop elevator requiring excavation, concrete footings, structural steel, and a reinforced CMU shaft. Detailed logistical planning and coordination was necessary to build out this site due to limited access, noise/dust work constraints, and busy pedestrian and street traffic.
