Oven and Shaker
Oven and Shaker is a 2,815 square foot pizza restaurant developed by ChefStable Group. It is in Lake Oswego’s Mercato Village and was completed in June of 2021. The menu features traditional wood-fired pizzas and Italian street fare. The kitchen's centerpiece is a huge wood-fired pizza oven surrounded by a bright casual space with wood paneling and a quartz bar top.
