Grassa
Grassa is a 3,008 square foot restaurant developed by ChefStable Group. It is one of six restaurants built by JE John in Lake Oswego’s Mercato Village completed in 2021. Grassa specializes in pasta bowls and has a clean, industrial feel with diamond plate steel on the countertops and bright yellow accents.
