JE 19,332 sf, two-story classroom building featuring gallery space, music, art and drama classrooms, arts studios, and a black box theater arts classroom and performance space. Steep grades necessitated construction of large concrete retaining walls as part of the foundation. Scope of work included design-build services for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
